Enjoy your favorite foods infused with authentic smokehouse flavor year-round without the long wait or prep associated with traditional outdoor smokers. Or use with the removable 6 quart cooking vessel to slow cook a variety of foods — the nonstick vessel holds a 6 lb. chicken or a 4 lb. roast.
The smoker lets you smoke food 3 ways. Hot smoke is perfect for smaller cuts of meat, poultry and fish. Cold smoke adds smoky flavor (without cooking) to foods like cheese, nuts, hard-boiled eggs and salt. Combo mode is ideal for large cuts of pork and beef. It cold smokes first, then cooks with hot smoke to infuse maximum smoky flavor. The included metal rack is adjustable for smoking one to three tiers of food at once. The smoker/slow cooker has a tempered glass lid with integrated gasket seal and a patented temperature probe to continually monitor internal food temperature as food slow cooks or smokes. The digital controls are easy to use, and the smoking chamber is easy to load with readily-available wood chips (not included).

Easy to use
The digital controls are simple to use. Choose from 3 smoke settings or slow cook your meal on Low or High. Just set the timer, and the slow cooker automatically switches to Warm when cooking is complete, or it turns off when cold smoking.
Consistent results — easily monitor internal temperature
The tempered glass lid with integrated gasket seal holds in heat. The patented temperature probe is great for continually monitoring internal food temperature while food slow cooks or smokes.
